Who Can Play?
Fast women, strong women, tall women, short women, skinny women and not so skinny women. And all the women in between. If you thrive in a team environment and have an appetite for playing hard and having fun then this may be the sport for you.
Women who have played basketball, soccer, field hockey, softball or some other team sport who are looking for a new challenge. But also the women who have never played a team sport before because they've just never found the right one.
Women who have been playing for years and women who have never seen a game. Many of our players came to their first practice with little or not idea of what to expect.

Learning to Play
Rugby
is a game best learned by playing. You'll learn the basic skills at
practice: tackling, passing and much more. Most of it will not make a
bit of sense until you have gotten into a game. You will mess up a lot
when you first start. We all have. It os the only way to learn. After
you have played a game or two these sites might help to clear up any
remaining questions. Radcliffe Rookie Primer and Scrum Rookie Primer.
